About ICAI Campus Placement
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) conducts campus placement programmes twice a year for newly qualified Chartered Accountants. These placement drives connect fresh CAs with top companies across various sectors.
Who Can Participate?
- Candidates who cleared CA Final in the immediately preceding exam
- Articleship completion within specified deadline (usually within 6 months)
- Must not have participated in the previous placement drive
Placement Process
- Registration: Register on ICAI placement portal with CA Final roll number
- Company Shortlisting: Companies shortlist candidates based on profiles
- Candidate Consent: Give consent to shortlisted companies (max 4)
- Aptitude Tests: Companies may conduct online tests
- Orientation: Mandatory orientation before interviews
- Interviews: Face-to-face interviews at designated centres
Salary Structure
Companies are allocated interview days based on their offered CTC. Day Premier companies offer ₹20 LPA or more, while smaller centres have minimum CTC requirements of ₹7.2 LPA.
