The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) runs official job portals through its regional councils. These are the most trusted sources for articleship vacancies, where CA firms directly post openings. Registration is free for CA students. ICAI's Board of Studies also maintains the Articles Placement Portal (bosapp.icai.org) connecting students with registered CA firms across India.

The Big 4 accounting firms - Deloitte, PwC, EY, and KPMG - are the most sought-after destinations for CA articleship. They offer exposure to multinational clients, structured training programs, and higher stipends (₹10-25K/month). Big 4 firms start recruiting before CA Inter results, so apply early. These firms have offices in all major metros and offer roles in Audit, Tax, Advisory, and Consulting.

After the Big 4, these are the next largest accounting firms in India. Often called the 'Next 4' - Grant Thornton, BDO, RSM, and Mazars. They offer similar work exposure to Big 4 with often better work-life balance. Stipends are competitive (₹8-20K/month) and they're excellent stepping stones for CA careers.

These are job boards built specifically for Chartered Accountants and CA students. CAClubIndia is India's largest CA community with 4000+ active job listings, forums, and networking opportunities. These portals understand CA-specific roles and often have vacancies from small and mid-size CA firms that don't post on general job sites.

Major job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed list thousands of CA positions across industries. These include roles in corporate finance, internal audit, taxation, and CFO positions. LinkedIn is especially useful for networking with recruiters and getting referrals. IIMJobs focuses on premium, high-salary CA roles at senior levels.
