ICAI declared the CA Final May 2026 results on 18th June 2026, the CA Intermediate results on 24th June 2026 and the CA Foundation results on 3rd July 2026 — completing the May 2026 cycle.
CA Final Results - May 2026
Declared 18th June 2026. Of 87,497 candidates who appeared across 544 centres in India and abroad, 7,931 qualified as Chartered Accountants.

Notable: Group II (20.49%) returned to its usual lead over Group I (12%) — a normalisation after January 2026, when Group II had dipped to an unusually low 9.76%. The both-groups pass rate of 14.07% is also up from 10.97% in January 2026.
CA Final All-India Rank Holders - May 2026
Highlight: Noor Singla from Patiala topped the CA Final on an all-India basis with 83.17% (499/600 marks), followed by Ritij Saraf (Howrah) and Sohan Anil Manjrekar (Dombivli East).

Declared 3rd July 2026. Of 90,217 candidates who appeared, 18,124 passed — an overall pass rate of 20.09%.

CA Foundation All-India Rank Holders - May 2026
Notable: All three all-India rank holders are from Maharashtra — Sakshi Jain (Nashik, 92.75%), Ayanabbas Ajani (Chandrapur, 91.75%) and Radha Unmesh Mulay (Pune, 91.25%). The overall pass rate of 20.09% is up slightly from 19.23% in January 2026, with male candidates (20.88%) passing at a higher rate than female candidates (19.24%).
